Everything a busy trade needs, done for you
Instant text-back
Every missed caller hears from your business within seconds, written in your words.
Callback booking
Customers pick a time for you to ring them back. It's a call slot, never a job slot, so you stay in charge of your diary.
Photos before you call
Customers upload photos of the problem from a link, so you know what you're dealing with before you ring.
Urgent job alerts
Leaks, floods and no-heating calls are flagged straight away. Anyone who mentions a gas smell is told to call the National Gas Emergency line at once.
Knows your regulars
Returning customers are greeted by name, and your alert tells you who they are before you call back.
Job summaries
Several rambling texts become one clear line: the problem, the area and how soon they need you.
Round-ups and follow-ups
A 7am list of anyone still waiting, and one polite check-in to customers you haven't reached yet.
Google review requests
One text after each job sends your customer a one-tap link to review you, plus one gentle reminder.
A report in pounds
Text WON and the job value when a lead books. Each month you see calls caught, reviews gained and the work it brought in.
Same number. Same phone. Same way of working.
Your customers keep ringing the number they already know. If you don't pick up within about 10 seconds, we take it from there. Everything we send you arrives as a normal text.

Local, reachable and straight-talking
I'm Ross Fleming. I set up Jobs Not Missed to help local trades keep the work they're already earning. I'm a former Royal Air Force officer, and I run this the way I was trained to: plan it properly, keep it simple, and do what I say I'll do.
I set everything up with you in person, test it in front of you, and I'm on the end of the phone if anything needs changing. No call centres and no long contracts.
Common questions
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your own number. Calls you don't answer within about 10 seconds are diverted to your Jobs Not Missed line, which sends the text. Your customers never need to know it's there.
What if the caller hangs up before 10 seconds?
If a caller rings off before the divert kicks in, the call never reaches us, so no text goes out. That's the trade-off for keeping your own number unchanged. You can set the divert anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds.
How does it know I've called the customer back?
Each alert has a Called back button. Tap it and the follow-ups stop. If you forget, the customer's one check-in is worded so it reads fine either way.
What does the text say?
Whatever you want it to. We write it together in your words, with your business name, and set different wording for evenings and weekends.
Does it work with my phone?
It works with most UK mobiles, landlines and business phone apps that can divert unanswered calls. We test it on your own phone during set-up, so you see it working before we finish.
What happens with emergencies?
If a customer mentions a leak, flooding or no heating, your alert is marked URGENT. If they mention smelling gas, they're immediately told to call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 and leave the property.
What about my customers' data?
Customer numbers and messages are used only to run your service. They're stored securely, never sold and never used for marketing, and every text includes a way to opt out.
Is there a long contract?
The minimum is three months, so there's time to see results. After that it's rolling monthly and you can cancel with a month's notice.
